Delays caused by clients may extend project timelines and affect launch dates or performance.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, systems, workflows, and content created by Yoeweb remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • After full payment, the client receives rights to use their completed website or creative assets as outlined in the agreement.
  • Software, automations, and systems provided as SaaS or subscription tools remain property of Yoeweb and are licensed, not sold.

6. Use of Software & Sub-Accounts

  • Clients accessing Yoeweb systems, including CRM sub-accounts, must follow platform terms and acceptable use guidelines.
  • Unauthorized sharing, reselling, or duplicating systems is strictly prohibited.
  • White-label platforms and sub-accounts remain controlled and monitored by Yoeweb.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yoeweb is not responsible for:

  • Losses resulting from misuse of services or software.
  • Decisions made based on website, marketing, or campaign performance.
  • Downtime or issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or integrations.

We provide systems, strategies, and recommendations, but outcomes may vary depending on industry, market conditions, and client implementation.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
  • Cancelations require written notice from the client.
  • Access to systems, platforms, or sub-accounts may end immediately upon cancellation or non-payment.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use our site or services after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms & Conditions.
