2. Services & Platform Usage
Yoeweb provides business infrastructure solutions, including website design, professional branding, 3D visualization, and access to the BOS Setup platform.
BOS Setup Platform Access
Access to the BOS Setup platform is granted under a specific enterprise license agreement. These terms govern general website usage and initial consultation phases.
Implementation Services
Implementation, design, and branding services are subject to specific Statements of Work (SOW) which outline project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
3. Intellectual Property
Ownership & Licensing
The BOS Setup platform, its underlying architecture, and Yoeweb's proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of Yoeweb Design. Client-specific deliverables (e.g., custom branding, specific website assets) are transferred to the client upon full payment, as detailed in the applicable SOW.

Payments
Payment terms for implementation services and BOS Setup licensing are defined in your specific contract. Standard terms require payment within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise specified.
Limitation of Liability
Yoeweb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
